Business to business only

FOUNDRY is strictly a B2B service provided to business entities. It is not available to consumers.

Account rights and compliance

The client declares they have full rights and permissions to connect external accounts to FOUNDRY. The client holds sole responsibility for ensuring their campaigns, content, and activities comply with applicable laws and the terms of service of the respective platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, LinkedIn).

Service execution

FOUNDRY's AI agents assist in marketing and operations. We execute write actions and modifications strictly based on the client's direct instructions or previously agreed rules.

Forbidden use

Clients must not use FOUNDRY for illegal activities, spam generation, circumventing platform bans, or any actions that violate the policies of connected third-party platforms. We reserve the right to suspend the service immediately in case of a breach.

Limitation of liability

Except in cases of intentional harm, our total liability towards the client is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the event causing the damage.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the service provider's registered office.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will provide clients with a 14-day notice before any material changes take effect.

Commercial agreements

Detailed commercial conditions, including pricing and exact scope of services, are defined in individual agreements with each client.
